The Pan-American Lacrosse Association (PALA) is the third Continental Federation (CF) formed under the auspices of World Lacrosse, which is the international governing body of lacrosse. As a Continental Federation, PALA governs members in the Americas and the Caribbean.

Men's U20 Championship
World Lacrosse today announced the field of 20 teams set to compete in the 2025 Men’s U20 Championship on Jeju Island in Korea, scheduled for August 15-24.
The tournament will mark the first time a World Lacrosse event will be held in South Korea, and is the first event attended by the Haudenosaunee men's program on Asia soil.
